Self motivated and can handle the Software support and testing team without any conflict

Can built the knowledge base within the team

Has stability in MFI NBFC industry

Can extend the job if required without any instruction from other departments

Can build a good rapport between the Division Branch and at HO

Can maintain the confidential on Software and company info

Vendor management and negotiation and can make best quality and cost decisions

Lead the team with example and support team at any point of time in emergencies

Experience In Customer support, conflict handling

Can train the team continuously on the job without any stop

Experience in Testing (Manual or Automated)

Have 5-6 years experience in MFBC mfi on Rural branch in Software team

Communication : Able to quickly communicate IT related updated in understandable way across locations and levels within organisation

Can handle daily calls with external and internal parties of about 50 calls

Having good tempo in stress situations, good articulate about the issues for the team

Able to find RCA about IT issues within short time span

Good IQ to understand the issues and find solution to the problem

Can maintain good rapport with the LMS vendor and other external parties having good negotiation skills

Can manage the commercial and price terms effectively

Can work on the TAT items without any delay

Good task manager and can achive the project completions without any delay

Getting the things done by external parties, example project completion using the sources as and when required
