Aptitude Trainer Job in Chandigarh University

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• To deliver quality training sessions only as per the prescribed lecture plan to the

students maintaining the integrity, credibility & standards set by the department.

• To develop content as per the assigned semester and syllabus for upgrading the training module.
• To be prepared to get a surprise quality audit in any session through a visit by the

Quality Coordinators or the Director-DCPD.

• To guide and interact with students shortlisted in the placement drive and take inputs for content enrichment.
• To do invigilation in the Semester examinations for any online test as per DCPD and

University rules.

• To prepare and send fortnightly attendance excels sheets to the concerned training manager on or before the deadline.
• To proficiently prepare and conduct the TTT Sessions whenever the need arises, during and after the semester

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong command over the topics and an ability to effectively utilize short cuts and tricks for the topic.
• Strong reasoning abilities along with effective communication skills to engage and

clarify any topic related doubts.

• Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
• MS Office: Well versed in making content enriched, professional, corporate PowerPoint

presentations and drafting word docs which could contribute to the Aptitude content

development. Efficient in making error-free excel sheets for attendance or assessment
