Job Summary
  • Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
  • Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender
  • Prepare & process subcontractor bills
  • To take the measurement from the site engineer
  • To get work done as per the protocol of the company
  • Review the quantities item listed
  • Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
  • Checking measurements
  • Bill certification
  • Preparing reconciliation statements

Skills, Experience & Competencies:
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / B. Tech / Diploma in civil engineeringExperience : 3-6years practical experience in Billing & Quantity Estimation of Building Construction Project under contractor firmMust Haves : Proficiency in AutoCAD, excel & drawing readingOther requirement, if any : Ahmedabad local candidates only
