Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to inform them on college admission
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close admission
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

  • Experience in tele -calling process
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
  • Excellent knowledge of English and other languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle the customer
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
