Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Takes care of day to day active role in Project Portfolio Management which includes the timely review, dashboarding and regular monitoring of the projects by coordinating with project managers.
  • Responsible and involved in maturing of the Project management of the organization alongside the project managers, product and application owners.
  • Ultimate responsibility for all program/project governance alongside the head of digital.
  • Governs Project Portfolio support and coordination.
  • Ensure the right prioritization and reprioritization of the projects
  • Participates in planning, execution and control.
  • Ensures end to end success of the Project Portfolio .
  • Liaise with vendors, functional team and other stakeholders related to Project Portfolio management practice & Governance.
  • Ensures the proper recording and follow-up of meeting decisions and action points.
  • Represent IT PMO in projects managed by partnersto ensure the standards and practices are followed.
  • Ensures the projects maintains the Project Management quality requirements.
  • Ensures the proper closure and documentation standards.
  • Executes the required Project Management trainings based on the framework defined.
  • Act as the SPOC for the business to add or remove any projects into the demand or execution.
  • Ensure the allocation and tracking of resource occupation based in the demand .
  • Provides support to project accounting, Budget vs actuals
  • Understand resource skillsets and publish skill matrix.
  • Publish with project intake and resource dashboards and reports from resource availability to productivity.
  • Publish the periodical report to senior management on the overall health of the portfolio.
