Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. The person should be handling marketing: Project/ Retail.

2. Should have great experience and thorough knowledge of Construction chemical, waterproofing, paints, pipes, cement or tiles.

3. Should have prior experience in Chemical composition and deal with the parties and give in depth knowledge of product and its application.

4. Should have experience in driving sales, marketing, business development, client relationship management, strategy planning, channel management, distribution, team management, brand promotion, co-ordination, revenue generation.

5. To generate, maintain and grow sales at the allocated accounts in accordance of the business strategy to achieve or exceed the territory budget.

6. Should explore business opportunities in untapped markets and close deals through new corporate accounts.

7. Should build strategic alliances with channel partners through effective relationship management.

• Ensure Achievement of Sales Targets Defined
• Should be well versed with communication.
• Overall Responsibility of Handling Distributors, Payments, Supplies etc.
• Track & Monitor Sales

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
