Role Summary:

Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities

• Claim Review at state level (Non Motor claims Fire, Engineering, Misc & Marine)
• Handling final claims auditing / Quality control before board / management approval.
• Effective handling of 18 Regions in relation to Claims grievances.
• Streamlining the process of claim settlements / minimizing the turnaround time.
• Appointment of surveyors / investigators /Recovery agents / salvage settlers for claims investigation for loss minimization / to dispose the salvage with high value.
• Managing effectively Customer Grievance and Escalation pertaining to claims
• Liaising with the Regional Office / Branch offices and managing activities on claims
• Spearhead the efforts across Claims, analyzing various statistics and other informative reports to enable information flow and decision making for management / co-insurers / re-insurers.

End to End processing of co-insurance & reinsurance claims

Critical Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours)

• Handling Commercial Claims (non-motor / non-medical claims)
• Experience and expertise in MS Word / XL / PPT etc.
• Good Communication skills oral and written
• Work Smartly
