Job Summary

Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development
Specific experience in Staffing industry business development role involving either hunting or farming of clients
Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
Knowledge about the current market trends especially IT industry related to staffing services
Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills
Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must

Handle revenue streams from new client acquisition for IT staffing services for Ciel HR for South India market with specific focus on Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.
Handle targets on Gross Profit , contract resource numbers, new client signups
Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients.
Ensuring market coverage with Enterprise, SMB and start-ups
Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
Work with the 40 offices of Ciel across India and ensure co-ordiantion on delivery and acquisition of clients spread across pan-India
Uphold the brand of Ciel and Ma Foi in the market and ensure customer satisfaction
