Job Summary
Qualification: B.Tech, BE / M.Tech or any equivalent
Job description:
- 10-12 years of experience in Performance testing/Engineering
- Excellent skills in Performance Testing using any one of the following tools Load Runner &JMeter
- Should be well versed in defining and implementing different testing processes
- Should be well versed into performance bottlenecks analysis leveraging a variety of skills and tool sets on multiple platforms
- Should be good at Performance Analysis / Monitoring
- Should be able to lead a team of 6-8 Performance test engineers
- Should be solution-oriented and have problem solving aptitude
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Performance tuning will be an advantage
- Masters / Bachelors degree or equivalent.
