  • 5-8 years of experience in Performance testing
  • Excellent skills in Performance Testing using any one of the following tools Load Runner /JMeter /Silk Performer
  • Should be well versed in defining and implementing different testing processes
  • Should be good at Performance Analysis / Monitoring
  • Should be solution-oriented and have problem solving aptitude
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Performance tuning will be an advantage
  • Candidates must be willing to travel to USA on short business trips
  • Master s / Bachelor s degree or equivalent
