• Technical Leadership
• NLP, Image / Video analytics, Advanced Analytics, ML Engineering, application of DS to HealthCare

• US Healthcare
• Published extensively in technical and DS journals over last 5 years
• Min. masters with thesis, preferably PhD, in a globally recognized university in relevant areas

• Run technical reviews to ensure quality and provide adequate guidance to teams
• Buck Stops with you for ensuring delivery of DS engagements that are under your purview
• Provide technical thought leadership to customers, company and teams
• Develop deep expertise in a few areas, while having good understanding of wide range of topics across DS
• Proactively track latest research and technology developments and share key learnings
• Regularly participate in technical conferences, webinars and publish in technical magazines

• Lead DS teams to ensure Customer Success, in a billable role (50% billability)
• Actively engage with customer stakeholders to frame success criteria, propose solutions, build quality innovative solutions, communicate insights / recommendations effectively
• Collaborate closely with market delivery leader, PRO and account manager so there is good alignment
• Ensure high customer satisfaction as well as impact of solutions we build for customers

• Determine the areas of focus and investment in Smart Scale to accelerate the journey to value realization and innovation for CT customers
• End 2 End leadership for one or more Smart Scale initiatives including definition, design, implementation, evangelization, adoption, scaling and sustenance
• Ensure all Smart Scale investments are purposeful innovation resulting in success for our customers and ROI for CT
