Mandatory Skills:

• Database (NOSQL, Cassandra, Cloud Spanner)
• Experience & Strong knowledge on Database technologies using NoSQL like Cassandra, Mongodb or Google Cloud Spanner
• Experience of working on any ETL Tools, understanding of Dataflow concepts
• Hands on experience in Java 8
• Expertise in triggers, stored procedures, and packages; advanced query optimization; and database design and implementation
• Experience on Creating new dimension, fact, bridge, and aggregate tables, to support business intelligence and other analytics needs
• Experience on Creating, maintaining, executing and troubleshooting ETL load flow
• Expertise in the design, development, testing, tuning, and maintenance of all database components
• Skilled at optimizing large complicated NoSQL statements

Desired Skills:

• Elastic Search, Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle
• Git Source Control and Agile/Scrum Methodology highly preferred

Roles:

• Create new Index as per the requirement
• Define new mapping or adding new fields in existing mapping
• Preparing complex queries to search on database
• Bulk loading and migration of data from database to ES
• Interacting with different cross functional team to support for querying, cleaning, loading data into Database
• Create custom analyzer depending upon functional requirement of client
• Monitoring loader service and verifying data is properly migrated to database
• Performance tuning of data loader service and Database queries
• Implement new feature or modify existing implementation to support client needs
• Modify databases according to requests and perform tests and help write and optimize in-application NoSQL statements
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases and prepare documentations and specifications
• Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, permissions
• Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessary
• Capable of troubleshooting common database issues and configuring popular relational database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessary
• Familiar with tools that can aid with profiling server resource usage and optimizing it
