Participates in the first Clients meeting to understand the clients needs of the project and renders advice where necessary on best solutions to not only meet but exceed client needs

Develops project scope of work documents and project plans that include integration of resources, cost, work schedule with time lines and other related deliverables.

Lays down in writing the responsibilities of parties involved in the project, including customers, management, project team, vendors and others affected by the project.

Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews and monitors project work to ensure that the progress is within the laid down guidelines and is completed on time and within the budget.

Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members and keeps a close watch on their daily performance.

Develops and maintains project reporting structure and progress measurement schedules.

Periodically forwards progress reports to the client as mutually agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

Maintains frequency of interactions with the client and does immediate correction to meet the changing needs of the customer. Where the scope gets enlarged advises commercial effects to the customer.

Keeps the Director/Business Head informed of critical issues and seeks guidance to surmount them.

Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team.

Strictly follows review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of a project.

Prepares and presents technical reports and project presentations.

Organizes and conducts project team meetings.

Carries out discussion of client requirement specifications with the team regarding the functional and non functional aspects of the websites/softwares to be designed.

Ensures that the UI/UX developed meets laid down requirements of the client.

Assists and advices on the improvements needed in the design look and feel of the product to be delivered.

Ensures use of latest tools and expertize to formulate most effective strategy for the easy and accurate development of backend functionality required.

Plans and evaluates the development of various modules as segregated by the developer for the completion of the assigned work

Manages the integration of the modules for the successful completion of the project

Creates in build capacity within the Company of high standard of design and development.

Keeps himself and the team updated with latest technology on website designing and development.

Manages the website of own Company products and services.

7 to 10 years of experience and proficiency in handling related product and project handling, out of which minimum 3 years of experience in the role of project leader (Web Designing and Development).

A good team member and an effective team leader.

Lead the team with superior hands on partical knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, PHP, CMS(WordPress), Framework, Ecommerce, Database Handling and Server Hosting

Should be able to undertake critical development work apart from leading the team himself.

Expertize in all related software with web designing and development in use at the current time.

Profound ability to understand client requirement and capacity to deliver stated outcomes within timelines.

Ability to work under time bound schedule and willingness to work overtime to meet the desired results with quality parameters.

Ability to communicate well within the team and with the clients and natural flair for building good client relationship.
