Job Summary Purpose of role: The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate learning and development programs, ensuring efficient operations for all participants. The role involves collaborating with external providers, overseeing e-learning platforms, and working with third-party vendors to facilitate program delivery, while supporting the roll-out and setup of both internal and external training initiatives. Responsibilities Schedule global training events. Co-ordinate the scheduling of training courses, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities. Considering time zones and regional preferences for a global audience Coordinate booking of training venues, equipment, and resources for in-person and virtual sessions. Collaborate with external providers and vendors to deliver training programs. Manage SuccessFactors & Skillsoft LMS (Learning Management System). Conduct periodic calls with Talent & Culture CoE (Center of Excellence). Maintain learning records and generate reports. Enhance learning administration processes. Support and initiate the design, application, and continual improvement of relevant learning administration processes and activities. Requirements Bachelor s in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master s degree is a plus. 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination. Experience with E-learning platform and Vendor Management is must.
