Manager-process And Project Engineer Job in Clariant

Purpose of the Job

This role will be responsible for Process and Detailed Engineering and Project management for BU Pigments at Roha.

Responsibilities

This role holder will be responsible for:

• Basic and detailed engineering for project, new products, new processes
• Preparation of process flow diagram
• Prepare mass and heat balance as per process requirement
• Designing of process equipments and utility systems
• To prepare conceptual & detailed equipment / building layout, elevation drawings
• To prepare P & I Diagram, Piping diagram, equipments drawings etc
• To prepare the instrumentation logic and to develop intsrument concept.
• To prepare equipment and instrument list for projects, new products, new processes
• To prepare the investment in detail and Cost benefit analysis
• To prepare the detailed project schedule and resources management
• Safety installations of Plant and machinery
• To monitor and control the project cost and Project status reporting to mangement
• Commissioning , trouble shooting , handover of project- production plant

Requirements

• B.E in Chemical Engineering with 5 years experience in a relevant role
• General understanding about design and process/detailed engineering
• General understanding of Project Mangement and government regulations
• Knowledge about safety systems in Chemical industry
