Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to design and develop exceptional user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on technical design, project management, and technical leadership to create user-centric solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards. Responsibilities Design intuitive user interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research and testing to gather valuable feedback. Apply responsive design principles and stay current with emerging technologies and standards. Develop comprehensive style guides ensuring accessibility and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans and track progress. Advocate for superior user experiences, mentor team members, and refine design systems based on emerging trends. Requirements Bachelor s degree in technology, engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in a UI/UX design role. Proficiency with UI/UX software tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc. Experience in conducting user research and creating flows, prototypes, and specifications. Background in designing responsive interfaces and web applications. Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Understanding of frontend development languages/frameworks like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and React. Knowledge of UI libraries/toolkits like Bootstrap and Material UI.
