Team Leader Job in Clariant

Raw material, Inprocess and Finished, Stability, product testing, review and release. Handling of Change management systems, Deviations, Work load planning, Electronic data management as per 21 CFR Part 11, ICP-OES handling, QC Documentations, 5s implementation and Continuous improvements

Responsibilities

• Understanding the cosmetic GMP requirements, Production processes and the results oriented to product quality.
• Able to work immediately in IPC & RM and HPLC & GC sections handling and product data review and releasing in SAP.
• Thorough understanding ofCosmetic GMP requirements and be able to implement and work independently
• Able to handle the QC Process in line with the Clariant requirements.
• Lead the team min of 8 people
• Adhere to ESHA requirements
• Management of Electronic data review, audit trails, compliance to 21 cfr part 11
• OOS/QNS notificatons and investigations, taking corrective and preventive actions.
• QC Documentation including, STP`S, SOPS, PROTOCOLS & Reports.

Requirements

• M.Sc. Organic/Analytical Chemistry/General Chemistry
• Experence should be between6 to 12 years
• Experience in Raw material, Inprocess and Finished, Stability, product testing, review and release.
• Handling of Change Management systems, Deviations, Work load planning, Electronic data management, handling of ICP-OES, SAP, QC Documentations.
• HPLC & GC with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, Audit trials review, leading the team, effective implementation of Good Laboratory practices. Handling of Quality Management Systems effectively.
