Job Summary

We also need a strong SME who can do research as well as calling.


Responsible to generate and score qualified leads as per target set and increase qualified leads closure ratio by an incremental 3% Month on Month.


1. Lead Generation

- Generate minimum 10 qualified leads in a month by following the BANT checklist

- Decrease the Prospect no-show ratio of No-shows/Total appointment scored from 6/10 to 4/10

- Increase the qualification lead generated ratio by 10% QoQ

- Lead-to-Closure ratio should be minimum 50 %.

2. Process and Communication Compliance

- Ensure 100% CRM and Timesheet adherence and updation

- 90% accuracy of all intelligence and information on the prospect to be put in the CRM for increasing the chances of closure

- Produce minimum 2 per month customer personas based on a particular Geo/area which will directly help in changing the tone and script based on Geography and interactions.
