Job Summary
    - Review the accounting of all treasury transactions and daily check- Maintaining parallel Tracking sheet for all treasury transactions- Monthly working of Market value and accrued interest and reconciliation with Treasury MIS- Review of return on investment working of Treasury department- Preparation of Standalone Financials on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis- Preparation of Consolidated Financials on quarterly & yearly basis- Co-ordination for obtaining financial data from various group companies, Consolidation and analysis of financial data at Standalone & Consolidated level- Support in preparation of monthly Dashboard related to Financials- Co-ordination and Preparation of monthly information for legal compliance- Management of Statutory Audit for group companies- Review the accounting of all treasury transactions and daily check- Maintaining parallel Tracking sheet for all treasury transactions- Monthly working of Market value and accrued interest and reconciliation with Treasury MIS- Review of return on investment working of Treasury department- Preparation of Standalone Financials on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis- Timely publishing of financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per Ind AS- Preparation of Consolidated Financials on quarterly & yearly basis- Co-ordination for obtaining financial data from various group companies, Consolidation and analysis of financial data at Standalone & Consolidated level- Accuracy of financial data consolidated and analysis, Efficient co-ordination for timely submission without any delay- Support in preparation of monthly Dashboard related to Financials- Co-ordination and Preparation of monthly information for legal compliance- Management of Statutory Audit for group companies- Review of all one-time and special projects
