Your mission (should you choose to accept it)
- Monitor ATM camera feeds keep an eye out, stay sharp
- Communicate with US banks to answer queries + offer support
- Work in rotational shifts (yes, including nights don t worry, we pay extra)
What you need to bring
- Top-tier English you ll be speaking with international clients
- Comfortable using a computer + solid Excel skills
- Ready to adapt, learn fast, and roll with changing schedules
