Key Responsibilities

• Ability to produce effective creative and software test plans and test cases.
• Proven ability to provide project estimates and work-breakdown schedules.
• Ability to work effectively and produce consistent results with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Salesforce Platform experience.

Must-Haves :

• Minimum 8 -10 years of software quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience using industry-standard software QA tools. Experience in automation, black box testing, web app testing, regression testing, test plan generation, documentation, problem-solving/analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and bug/defect tracking and reporting.
• Excellent test resource planning, organizational, and test scheduling skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate with customers and management team.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude & excellent collaboration skills.
