Role and Responsibilities

• Deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS.
• Selecting the appropriate AWS service based on compute, data, or security requirements.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python) and/or ability to automate routing operations through scripts or tool sets.
• Should have experience in Implementing and managing IT infrastructure on AWS.
• Estimating AWS usage costs and identifying operational cost control mechanisms.
• Identifying appropriate use of AWS operational best practices.
• Ability to design automated scripts for deployments and provisioning of AWS resources using AWS services like Cloud Formation, Ops Works etc.
• Reporting of statistics of the AWS infrastructure using AWS monitoring systems.

Key Skill and Capabilities

• Looking for Cloud Administrator, someone who can maintain and assist in managing the entire IT infrastructure, perform analysis, diagnostics and problem resolution.
• Drive resolution of issues identified via application and systems monitoring, as well as assigned tasks and incident tickets.
• Good exposure on working with Linux OS platform is a must. Windows Server experience is a plus.
• Sound knowledge on cloud computing concepts such as Compute, Networking, Storage.
• Knowledge on orchestrating application deployments on AWS using Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Anyone with Project experience on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud will be a plus.
• Knowledge on containerization using tools such as docker is a plus.
• Actively engage and assist other departments with technical computing requirements.
• Participate in the on-call rotation supporting the IT infrastructure./li>
