We are looking for a Senior Server Support Technician to join our team in Kolkata! The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, certifications in relevant technologies, and a Bachelor s degree in a related field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills, including fluent English.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem isolation skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic team player with a strong work ethic and cooperative attitude.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in installation of Linux, Windows, and similar technologies.
- Database experience with MySQL and Oracle.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Experience providing application and field support.
- Certification in relevant technologies is preferred.
