Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative junior IT project manager to join our growing team and help us continue to push the envelope with our products.

Desired Skill Sets:

• Proven work experience as a project manager
• Knowledge of the market and industry
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management and stakeholders.
• Strong technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web and mobile technologies
• Excellent communication skills

• Creative thinking skills
• Ability to be strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze data science and market trends and identify solutions to support project development
• Develop, lead and implement projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans. Ensuring timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, on product features and acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries
• Collaborate with the developers and other colleagues sharing knowledge and issues, etc. to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team
• Collaborate with the Developers to agree on priorities and ensure product developments/amendments are prioritized correctly and as per the business needs
• Identify any issues within current working practices that might impact product delivery
• Liaise with colleagues effectively to resolve any faults.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor s/Master Degree in Engineering. Preferably with some experience in marketing (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
