DESCRIPTION

• Must have worked in a publishing or content production services/technology company for at least 10 years as Technical Program/Project/Client Operations Manager
• Should be fluent in written and spoken English; the role requires interaction with customers/stakeholders in the West
• Should have practical work experience in global digital formats and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong negotiation skills with an inherent ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external clients is a must
• Strategize and manage complex end-to-end multiyear digital transformation program with several workstreams, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Must be familiar with product development lifecycle from managing SCRUM to achieving client satisfaction upon product implementation
• Adept at making reports, presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Have considerable experience managing a digital content production/transformation product s software development team
• Monitoring, measuring, and declaring product benefits and ensuring continuous improvement in processes
• Should possess a strong technical knowledge of Adobe applications, XML, XHTML, CSS, HTML5, ePub, LMS formats, distribution platforms, and interactive web applications
• Must possess sound knowledge of technical terms/processes in specifications of global formats such as interactive ePub, LMS, BITS/JATS; device compatibility; widgets; etc.
• Must have worked with international clients engaging and establishing a relationship for managing assigned projects
• Should have expertise in performing the role of a technical expert, upselling the assigned client business and program
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on codemantra products and services with an understanding of the system functionality and configuration options to the same extent as the client s SME
