DESCRIPTION

• Should provide internal support: create/maintain users, fields, objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, approval processes, Salesforce Reports, and Dashboards, etc., for Pipedrive portal
• Experience assisting in data clean-up and migration efforts
• Eager to pick up new tools and do the necessary research to master them
• Enjoy working in an agile team where things move quickly and priorities shift frequently
• Strong data analysis skills
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Compiling monthly sales reports
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
• Provide training on usage of a configured Pipedrive portal
• Provide weekly management reports
• Advice executive and senior leadership teams on data insights gathered from the pipeline
