Responsibilities Own revenue of above 200k USD annually. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting client s objectives. Additionally, author company collaterals for the sales pitch. Build a sales pipeline, proactively reach out to clients and close the deal. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices. Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales. Achieve assigned sales targets. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field. The degree isn t mandatory as long as you can prove you have the necessary skills to ace the responsibility. Proven experience working as a business development executive or similar role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills. Effective communication skills. Strong business acumen. Detail-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. The ability to travel as needed. Good to have Experience in B2B sales, Enterprise Sales, SDLC Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
