Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle full Recruitment Cycle: Conducting Screening, Shortlisting, preliminary Interview, and Background verification.
• Issuing Offer/ warning letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters and issuing basic assets to new employees.
• Conducting Induction Process of new joiners
• Documentation of new joiners
• Coordinating with various departments for the requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3-8 yrs exp in HR Recruitment Profile
• Worked independently or with a team of HR
• Extremely good communication skills (written and verbal both)
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Full-time Graduate or Post Graduate
