Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture, along with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in line with best coding practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues to ensure application stability.
  • Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Stay up to date with emerging Java technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Experience using version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Domain expertise in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular or React is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration tools.
