Role & Responsibilities: Manage and optimize automated marketing campaigns with email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement automation workflows and ensure seamless integration with marketing tools and platforms. Improve and optimize lead funnel on a regular basis for better conversion % at every stage of the funnel Keep a hygiene check on landing page & campaign performance Evaluate and recommend new marketing tools that align with business requirements and enhance campaign effectiveness. Create comprehensive campaign reports and dashboard, analyze key metrics, and provide insights on campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement to improve SEO, campaign-ad health and other marketing channels Monitor marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing performance. Develop and maintain marketing data infrastructure; ensure accurate and reliable tracking of campaign metrics and customer data. Collaborate with marketing teams to establish campaign goals, strategies, and KPIs, and track progress against targets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation and operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, driving efficiency and scalability in marketing operations. Provide actionable insights and recommendations on campaign optimization, targeting, and segmentation. Qualifications: Proven at least 6 months of experience in marketing operations, automation, or a similar role. Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, email marketing systems, and CRM software. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
