Job Summary

Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and IT Fluency.
Hands on experience with online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. is a must.
Familiar with or quickly learn different lead generation methods.
Help in managing and developing database for lead generation.
Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn and other social media resources.
Identify potential accounts and key decision makers through research.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Achieve monthly/ quarterly sales targets.
Proven inside sales experience with an IT Company.
Candidates should have good business acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
