Job Summary
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and IT Fluency.
  • Hands on experience with online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. is a must.
  • Familiar with or quickly learn different lead generation methods.
  • Help in managing and developing database for lead generation.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn and other social media resources.
  • Identify potential accounts and key decision makers through research.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Achieve monthly/ quarterly sales targets.
  • Proven inside sales experience with an IT Company.
  • Candidates should have good business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
