Senior Backend Consultant - Python (remote) Job in Codvo

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of backend systems, API s and applications using Python Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and design solutions to meet them Develop and maintain project technical documentation and specifications with team Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for Python development and architecture Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, best practices in Cloud, Backend systems, Python and related technologies Working closely with other team members to ensure delivery of high-quality implementation. Requirements: Bachelor/master s degree in Computer Science or a related field 8+ years of experience in Product development and architecture using python, with a focus on backend systems 2+ years of experience in leading a team of developers Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms Technically prior hands on experience designing and implementing a highly scalable architecture for Enterprise SAAS, web and mobile applications. Hands-on experience with database design and optimization Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Proficiency with Git and version control practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Django or other Python web frameworks Experience with Scrum framework, Agile development methodologies Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker Good to have hands-on experience in Kubernetes.
