Job Summary

What we are looking for We are looking for a Product Owner to Work with the industry s best developers, quality analysts and experienced designers to lead and manage development of software products for our customers on some of the latest technologies. Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet our clients' business objectives. Be responsible for understanding client needs, defining product requirements, and driving the product development process from conception to release Must haves 8+ years in software development; 2-3 + years working experience as a Product Owner for medium to large-scale products. Strong experience in understanding use cases and anticipating & refining requirements Proficiency with backlog prioritization and management techniques Experience with writing user stories and guiding teams to write effective user stories Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and lean/agile methodologies (SAFe experience is optional) Effective and flexible interpersonal and mentoring skills, and verbal and written communication skills in English Strong fundamentals in DevOps/ DevSecOps, with a basic or better understanding of software security and CVEs In-depth working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including creating agile boards, dashboards, pivot reports, filters, and roadmaps Strong design and development experience in Cloud Native applications relevant to IoT devices and the intelligent edge Familiarity with at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and equivalent open source technologies Experience collaborating with, and demo-ing to, global stakeholders and customers Ability to elicit and balance conflicting priority inputs from stakeholders Understanding of architectural and quality requirements and how to define, manage, andprioritize them in an agile development environment Roles & Responsibilities Maximize product value by aligning with Product Management strategy. Proficient in collaboration tools (Teams, M365, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce) for effective team communication. Manage Team Backlog effectively, prioritizing based on data-driven analysis and strong synthesis skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and communicate clear Team Backlog items. Break down product requirements into marketable backlog items and align work with product strategy and technical dependencies. Maintain a healthy Team Backlog that exhibits DEEP (Detailed appropriately, Estimated, Emergent, and Prioritized) characteristics. Anchor the practice of Definition of Ready. Act as a bridge between Product Management, Business and Engineering Agile Teams. Remove barriers between stakeholders and Teams. Help teams execute on a shared vision. Practice scrum events in both spirit and letter. Provide continuous, constructive feedback to the agile team during the sprint and in Sprint Review and Demo. Promptly accept / reject the deliverables from the agile team in alignment with the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done. Participate in the team retrospectives. Be the advocate of Customer / Product Management for the Engineering teams and be the advocate of Engineering teams for Product Management, as part of the agile team. Use engineering tools such as Jira-Xray, Jira and Confluence to create, track and manage Team Backlog items. Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) to ensure effective tracking and management of product-related information. Help the agile team and the broader organization deliver indefinitely at a sustainable healthy pace. Investigate new technologies and techniques and research ongoing industry developments related to your product area. Partner with the Scrum Master and the team in creating the necessary agile team dashboards and information radiator to keep the work of the team always visible. Support Product Management in demonstrating the product features to prospective clients on an as-needed basis.
