Role: Associate/Senior Associate-ITOps Services

Exp: 1 yrs to 4 yrs

Responsibilities:

InternationalVoice Process experience preferably Service Desk / Help desk profile

24X7work environment, 100% Calling Profile

Respondto requests for technical assistance via phone, or email

Diagnoseand resolve technical hardware and software issues

Researchquestions using available information resources including KEDB

Adviseuser on appropriate action

Followstandard service desk procedures

Logall service desk interactions

Followup with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues

Redirectproblems to correct team

Identifyand escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Informmanagement of recurring problems Basic Qualifications:

2-4years previous IT Service Desk or Help Desk experience is preferred

Excellentverbal and written communication skills.

Abilityto work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desireto work in an information systems environment

Willingto work in 24X7 environment

Knowledgeof ITIL, Windows, MS Office, Service Now and O365

Education: B.Tech / Similar qualification
