Position- Program Manager

Experience- 12 to 20 Yrs

Job Location-Greater Noida

Mandate Skill:

- Must have done 2-3 Duck Creek Full suite implementations

- Minimum of 12+ years of P&C Insurance Experience

- 8+ years of proven Project Management experience

- 4+ years of Duck Creek Full suite implementation experience.

- Manage all phases of project development and implementation of Duck Creek Full suite implementation (Policy, Billing, Claims, DI and DMS) by ensuring business deliverables are completely satisfied, on time and within budget.

- Experience/knowledge of Duck Creek solutions/offerings a plus

- Produce and present reports on assigned program /project deliverables to keep management apprised of project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievements or misses.

- Escalate issues as required to higher management and client stakeholder in timely manner.

- Serve as the liaison to the customer for the development team.

- Analyze problems in terms of process and/or systems functionality; generate data and apply analytical and quantitative techniques to formulate, describe, communicate and coordinate implementation of recommended solutions.

- Measure and report on program/project successes and challenges of the program/project using metrics that can be clearly understood throughout the Company.

- Document and communicate project status to project team and/or management. Provide final approval of project implementation.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with a local and offshore team.

- Strong planning and organizational skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to quickly adapt to on-going change, works in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused environment; while continuing to move initiatives and projects toward the business group and/or programs yearly objectives.

- Strong time and priority management skills to drive expected outcomes, and works effectively with tight deadlines.

- Ability to drive Duck Creek and third-party relationships when required.
