Lead Rpa Developer/architect Job in Cogneesol

Technical and Soft Skill sets required:

• Modelling and developing robotic processes.
• Identifying and designing business processes for automation.
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
• Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
• Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Producing process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
• Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.
• Working with Operations team for process identification.
• Participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 9 years Technical experience in IT industry and 1-3 years technical experience in robotic process automation using the RPA tools.
• Must have the experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Hands-on Knowledge of other prominent RPA tools (UiPath or Blue Prism etc.).
• Experience in architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
• Proficiency in web development technologies i.e. Java, Python, .NET etc is a strong plus.
• Experience in building and leading a team.
• Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 2-3 RPA projects solution experience (end to end implementation).
• Problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
