What you will do ?

We are looking for a Product Manager to direct product development and ensure a high return on investment (ROI). You ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
As a Product Manager, you should have the ability to plan and manage the development project from start to finish, and ensure that the product(s) meet the customer's needs.

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for development of the product.
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
• Aligning stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, etc and keeping them informed of the product.
• Leading the development process and identifying areas of improvement.
• Defining product features according to customer needs.
• Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
• Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
• Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.

What we look for ?

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner or similar role.
• Experience in product lifecycle management.
• Background in software development and program management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile framework.
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Understanding of technology.
• Understanding of UI/UX
• An extreme eye for detail.
• Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering or related field.
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must have a desktop or laptop to work.
