Job Responsibilities

  • Would contribute to the brand development & brand asset management
  • Be the brand custodian and ensure the brand tone of voice is consistently maintained across verticals and campaigns
  • Ensure all communications across the product, brand assets both organic and paid are as per the communication, compliances & advertising guidelines
  • The role would involve giving necessary approvals and deployment, across relevant touch points with the consumers
  • Conducting Brand Trainings - The CoinDCX Brand, Advertising Guidelines, Communication Guidelines, Brand Guidelines, etc. to audience within the organization
  • Plan and launch important brand amplification campaigns both internal and external
  • Market scanning:
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies
  • Conduct research to understand our consumers needs, lifestyle, & preferences and identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 Years of Marketing / Brand Management experience
  • Should have been part of teams that have actively managed brands, brand campaigns and agencies to deliver brand results
  • Has strong program management / project management skills
  • Understands brand strategy & brand asset management
  • Strong analytical skills and has the ability to extract actionable insights
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation & communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with significant ambiguities
  • Subject knowledge of blockchain and crypto will be an added advantage
