Job Summary
  • To ensure patient /customer delight at every interaction.
  • Anticipate patient s /customers needs and exceed their expectation during their stay.
  • Be a one point contact for patients /customers during their stay in the hospital.
  • Bridge the gap between clinical and other administration in all matters and maintains Transparency in all dealing and execution.
  • Will be responsible to co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth & effective operations.
  • Meet and greet every patient s to enhance patient s satisfaction and encourage patient s feedback during their stay in the hospital,
  • Provide second to none service and prompt attention towards patient s complaints and feedback.
  • To facilitate collection of feedback from patients and subsequent analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Responsible for service recovery of out-patients during their visit to the hospital.
  • To have a sense of urgency for patients complaints and feedback.

Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline ; Diploma in Hotel or Hospital Management; Customer Service Courses5 + years of experience.
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
