Job Summary
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and project requirements management
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Senior Project Manager to eliminate blockers and deliver the tasks efficiently
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Should be able to train the reporting person under him/her
  • Requirements
  • 5-7 years proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role in Software/Web industry
  • At least 2 years of ecommerce industry experience is must
  • Technical understanding would be an added advantage
  • Any certification (e.g. PMP, CSM, or any) in project management would be an added advantage
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, communication skills - including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp/JIRA)
  • Excellent team player and team leader
  • B1/B2 VISA is preferred

Qualification :
BE/B.Tech, MCA
Experience Required :

6 to 10 Years
