Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility is to minimize bounce rate and maximize opt-ins on companys website.

More specifically,

• Update website design on a continual basis based on analytics such as Hotjar, bounce rates, CTA performance, and more
• Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for prospects, leads, and customers for desktop and mobile devices
• Wireframe and mock-up revamped web pages and present to senior team
• Improve efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality web development
• Craft landing pagesandlead generation formsfor our content to increase opt-ins

Candidate Profile:

• First graduate/ postgraduate with relevant work experience
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and W3C standards. Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices.
• Strong background with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with WordPress CMS
• Should be a problem solver, ability to improve our sites experience and drive action
• Personal interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends, emerging best practices in the UI community
