Monitor overall health (performance and functional) of production, pre-production, and test environments of BES (Business Enablement Solutions) Applications and perform routine system configuration changes & upgrades Develop and maintain system support documentation and processes Analyze PL/SQL, Java, Unix Shell code to identify logic errors and potential optimizations Develop and execute queries against large datasets to support impact analysis, data reconciliation, and results validation Investigation of user queries via log file and process interaction, session drops, order issues, flow breaks, booking issues Involvement in a rotation to ensure adequate coverage across all products during core North America business hours Work with providers of softwareand hardware products consulting vendor service providers Analyse results for trends and significant variations Participate in BC/DR exercises Monitor various critical processes and reports of Custom Applications
