Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience required. Freshers may also apply. (Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management Proficiency in project management software tools )

Qualification

Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills, Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills, Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement projects.
• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Define tasks and required resources.
• Collect and manage project team.
• Manage budget.
• Allocate project resources.
• Create a schedule and project timeline.
• Track deliverable.
• Support and direct team.
• Lead quality assurance.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project.

Skill Required:

• Good knowledge (command) on portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Craigslist etc.
• Must have excellent convincing ability to handle client and coordinate with employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and Target.
• Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
