Job Description:
We are looking for a Project & Metrics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of technical-based activities, manage business-critical projects, and leverage previous knowledge to achieve successful outcomes. You will be involved in tracking key business metrics, preparing reports, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. You will play a vital role in managing intercompany reconciliation and providing support for financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Metrics Tracking:

  • Track and report on business-critical project and people metrics for client operations.
  • Finalize the intercompany reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly balance justifications and documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Create customized reports and dashboards to meet business and client needs.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Keep updated data readily available for presentations or reporting purposes.
  • Prepare reports to help with business insights and decision-making.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with Accounts Payable (AP) teams and business stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or concerns.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure processes are aligned and executed efficiently.

• Problem Solving & Guidance:

  • Use existing procedures and technical experience to solve routine problems effectively.
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members, assisting them in understanding and completing tasks.

• Compliance & Standardization:

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• A college or university degree is required.
• Requires knowledge and experience in the relevant field, and will acquire additional skills on the job.
• An understanding of key business drivers and how to leverage them to accomplish tasks and objectives.
• Ability to work independently with moderate guidance and direction.
• Strong communication skills to exchange complex information effectively with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of technical processes and procedures to support project activities.
• Ability to contribute to and manage projects, providing recommendations based on logical reasoning.
