Engineering Manager- Ui Job in Conga

A quick snapshot We are looking for an Engineering Manager, who will join the engineering organization to manage a team of developers to assist design, develop, test, and maintain the suite of Conga Products and Conga UI Platform. This is an exciting hands-on, player/coach role focusing on optimizing the platform UI engineering process, leading and developing a team of highly skilled Engineers. You will be accountable for planning, preparing estimations, executions, tracking the progress of development, allocating resources, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the product release cycle. Why it s a big deal This role is crucial, Engineering Manager will involve end-to-end management of the platform UI development life cycle in close collaboration with Platform Development Leaders and Platform PMs along with understanding different processes, identify risks, and prepare a mitigation plan. You ll provide technical expertise and support to the development team during functional & technical grooming, UX reviews, sprint loading & execution, QA certification and addressing technical queries or concerns from application teams. Are you the person we re looking for? A proven track record. You are an expert level engineer focusing on UI development with at least 10 years of software development experience and at least 2 years experience in managing a development team following agile scrum. Related experience. You will manage and execute business critical and complex projects in the Conga UI Platform, run release cadence and maintain release artifacts. You should have experience in building and releasing libraries/frameworks which are consumed by other teams. Technical. You have a strong technical background as a developer working on front end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, C# or Java or Python and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Software Architecture, Problem Solving and Software Development Methodologies. Proficient in Tools. Should have experience in JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, NPM, Public Cloud Technologies. Should have good understanding in cloud technologies like Salesforce, Azure, AWS and IBM.
