Staff Technical Writer Job in Conga

A quick snapshot As a member of Conga Technical Publications team, you will create and maintain well-written product documentation for technical and non-technical audiences, from a variety of technical sources (written and verbal). You will gain a deep understanding of the product inside and out, work closely with the team that creates it, and understand customers' goals. You will also be responsible for documenting APIs, SDKs, and other developer-oriented material. You will negotiate and execute review, editing, and publishing schedules for assigned projects collaborating with cross-functional departments. Independently and efficiently, you will acquire in-depth, comprehensive subject matter expertise in specified areas of the product and an excellent working knowledge of the product line. Down the road, you see yourself serving as an SME not only for other writers but for colleagues across the company and its ecosystem.
