Experience

• Knowledge and Certification in Service now product Administration, Implementation and Development
• 3 plus years as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer

Responsibilities

• Taking part in requirements gathering and designing solutions
• Implementing changes in ServiceNow Applications using available components eg Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI pages, ACL, Workflow, etc
• Testing implemented changes and creating necessary documents
• Deploy the changes to higher lifecycle environments
