You will be responsible for: Providing direct support to cloud operational environments on a day-to-day basis including the software installation, configuration, upgrades, security patches and planned maintenance as required. Installing or coordinating installation of patches and releases on development, test, pre-production systems. Assisting in basic analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating a variety of information technology tools. Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving complex problems and performing analysis in relation to cloud operations in the cloud environment. Troubleshooting and resolving basic problems in an efficient manner while adhering to proper escalation and change control procedures. Performing first-level incident response and assures services resolution for cloud systems. Assisting in root cause analysis, diagnostics, and monitoring of various production systems. Effectively creating and maintaining relevant cloud systems documentation and user guides. Performance monitoring on OS, Storage and Network layers. Knowledge of packet capture tools like Wireshark, PKTMON etc. Interacting with external technology vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Applying scripting methodologies to automate IT administrative related tasks. Responding timely to user requests for permission changes, file restores, virtual machine/EC2 restores, new storage, and expansion requests. You should apply if you have: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field as required. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in working with infrastructure support and automation Minimum 1 year of experience with AWS. Practitioner level cloud certification such as AWS-CCP (AWS) and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification preferred. Clear oral and written communication skills Experience with ServiceNow Practical knowledge of IAM and Shared Security responsibilities Skills working in Linux and Windows environments. Cloud command line scripting skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Troubleshooting knowledge to include the areas of server operating systems and networks. Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed environment design, installation, and support documentation. Good communication, project & priority management, and collaboration skills Knowledge of information life-cycle management concepts and best practices
