Job Summary
Managing sales data
Reporting sales and campaign results
Communicating opportunity numbers on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by Sales executives
Helping with Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators
Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship
management platforms such as Zoho), often in collaboration with IT
Helping with lead research, qualification and generation
Help increase Sales executives efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management
Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy
Train new hires in the team on processes and tools used for Sales
Skills Required:
Knowledge of working with Zoho CRM and associated tools
Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with databases and sales software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work well in groups
Ability to multitask
