Job Title - Sr. Associate 1- SCM Services

Location - Noida, India

Shift Timings -UK Shift

Education - Graduate / Any stream + Diploma/Certificate in Spanish Language

Experience - 1 to 3 years in Supply Chain Domain

Primary Skills

(Technical & Functional)

• 1 -3 Years experience of transactions using Spanish Language to communicate to the customers
• Experience in Buying profile
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English.

Secondary Skills

(Technical & Functional)

• Working experience in SCM in VRM profile.
• Basic knowledge of any ERP (SAP, Ariba or GP etc)
• Data analysis & interpretation

Desired Profile

(Soft Skills,

Professional & Behavioral skills)

• Good Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook ) knowledge
• Exposure to international client/Vendor base
• Good Problem resolution skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handling Inbound/Outbound Spanish calls/communication with customers providing excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
• Relationship building with Suppliers, Negotiation & Deals, Understanding of commodities.
• Execute the assigned procurement transactions meeting the timelines
• Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
• Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Reports & MIS
